Honey Garlic Salmon Belly Soy Steak
Ingredients
1 kilo Salmon Belly strips
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons wild honey
4 tablespoons garlic, crushed
4 tablespoons ginger, crushed
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
4 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons lemon zest
butter
Green Onion

Instructions
Marinate the salmon belly strips in soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, chopped garlic, ginger, pepper, lemon juice, and
lemon zest for 1-2 hours.

In a large pan, melt butter and saute garlic for 2 mins. or until slightly brown.

Pan-fry the salmon, skin side down first, for about 1 min. Turn the salmon over and cook for 1 min.

Add the marinade and let it simmer for about 10 to 12 mins. or until the belly absorbs the flavor.

Add green onions and simmer for about 2 mins.

Garnish with more green onions.
