Motion to Dismiss Hearing

Judge Thomas Jaworski denied my two motions to dismiss this case. One motion addressed the spirit or purpose of the law and the other motion addressed the letter of the law.

What more can be done if both the spirit and letter of the law are denied? To deny both the spirit and letter of the law is to elevate fantasy for reality, thus making oneself a false lawgiver.

To be compelled to submit to a false lawgiver is idolatry on their part. Yet, untold millions of American bow down in their heart and mind to these false lawgivers, including people who claim to be followers of the One True Lawgiver.

I am a citizen of the Kingdom of God through the Supreme Lawgiver, Jesus Christ. And His law is love; His law is liberty. Against His law, there is no law to obey but rather disobeyed to demonstrate trust and loyalty to the planet's rightful Lord.

I am also one of the posterity of We The People, of whom the blessings of liberty have been secured by the US Constitution and exercise this unalienable gift from the Supreme Lawgiver—liberty to govern myself while doing good for others.

No rational argument can be made against that truth. That is why lawyers working behind the scenes make increasing more laws—they are in competition with the true Lawgiver with their false laws. So said Jesus Christ in Luke's gospel account, Chapter 11.
