20?

Or even more?

So, think about it. Does it make sense, if a person has been struggling for years, or even decades, with symptoms, that their symptoms should clear up just by eating healthy here and there?

Or by exercising on rare occasions?

True health has to come from the cellular level, because we're made of cells. And having healthy cells isn't something where we check a box and are good to go for life.

It requires a continual effort. ✅
