Raoul Pal LATEST Bitcoin And Ethereum Price Prediction

In this video, Raoul Pal shares his projection of the Bitcoin price. He also explains why Ethereum may outperform Bitcoin. What follows is the highlight of the interview.

Raoul believes Ethereum is exactly mirroring the 2017 bull-run of Bitcoin, so ETH is expected to top out at $20,000.

Asked about his general thoughts on the value of Bitcoin, Raoul says having followed the Bitcoin bull market since 2013, he looks at the stock-to-flow model, which should keep going up. He also considers the network effects, that, is, the number of wallet addresses with non-zero balances. Besides, the log chart shows where the trend is, so Raoul maps it against the previous bull market, which is pretty much mirroring 2013. All these show roughly where the low of the mid-cycle correction was.

Raoul adds that the price should start moving higher very quickly, with a bit of sideways. And the next phase is three months of face-ripping rallies. He sees Bitcoin rallying to the range of 200k and 400k, depending on whether the cycle gets extended.

Asked if the global financial cartel that controls the markets in the world will be comfortable with the rise in Bitcoin's price putting the stock market in serious trouble, Raoul explains that crypto is the opportunity for the little guy to compete with Wall Street. He adds that: "Don't fear them. They won't stop it because they too can make money. So, front-run them." He however agrees that there will be more regulation over time. But there will also be ETFs that will allow everybody to make money.

Regarding Ethereum growth compared to Bitcoin, Raoul points to the ETHBTC chart, which is forming a little wedge pattern and is likely to be broken. He adds that: "the next move is 0.08, which is the massive resistance level, and it will likely move up at least 100% or more. So, my view is that Ethereum is going to dramatically outperform Bitcoin."

Raoul bases the above judgment on factors such as faster Ethereum network-adoption model, more developments and more applications ongoing on Ethereum, and reduction in Ether supply.
