Syria's displaced farmers struggle to eke living

Farmer Koudan Abu Hussein lost his farm when he had to flee Aleppo's suburbs during Syria's war, and now he rents land near the camp he lives in. But rising costs and other obstacles mean the hardship never ends. Lucy Fielder reports.
