We are using our shapeoko XXL to make heat register blanks out of 3/4 MDF for a buddy that has a cabinet shop . he will finish them and paint them as needed . the hardest part was to get the right angle for the vent slots . we had use a 3/4 MDF scrap for the right angle . it worked out
