If you lost your business, had $500 in your pocket, a place to live, a laptop computer. What would you do first? I have the knowledge and relationships. I would first use the money on the Sales Navigator on Linkedin. Schedule meetings to find out pain points, what they need.
What is the biggest business mistake that you have made? I waited too long to get out of the corporate world. The second was allowing a rockstar sales person to run the show. Should have let him go. It hurt the culture of my team. People make the difference. Attitude beats skills. in this world, so I had to learn to be nicer to people we were negotiating with.
