Living by the SWORD... but is it PHYSICAL or SPIRITUAL?

Fighting in the physical realm will be met with physical resistance and that will just leave you physically exhausted, but when we use spiritual weapons in the arena, we are spiritually envigourated because the battle has already been won, and standing in faith will allow us to then experience those results in our physical plane.
