Arizona Driving around the farmlands of Maricopa

Once the Monsoon rains have passed and the desert heat starts to wane, the plants sprout up as quickly as they can for their short season of life. They must sprout up, gather as much energy as possible from the sun to start the seeding process for next season. The vegetation here is incredible, more shades of green than I’d ever seen in the great northwest, my former home.
