They are part of our own rhythms, we feel safe and comfortable with the sounds of nature. We find the sounds of nature to be very therapeutic and relieve stress. The soothing sounds of nature can cure many disorders and illnesses, especially those imposed by the stress of modern societies. All we have to do is simply listen to these healing sounds of nature regularly. The sounds of the forest, the chirping of birds, and the sounds of waterfalls are ideal for improving and accompanying a program of relaxation, meditation, or mindfulness.
