I'm Peter Serefine with the Liberty Minute for Tuesday, day 534 of 15 days to flatten the curve.
As of 3:30 Eastern Time on Monday, all US Military have left Afghanistan. Though most Americans wanted an end to the 20-year war, less than 40% approve of how the withdrawal was handled. Maybe because the Taliban now has billions of dollars worth of US taxpayer-funded arms, equipment, and ammunition.
Over 100 Republican members of the House have said that they will not vote to raise the debt ceiling, stating that the Democrats have embarked on a continuous spending spree without any bi-partisan support. Wait, if they don't raise the debt ceiling, Congress might have to consider cutting spending. I don't think they know how to do that.
So there are two ideas being floated for the future of the military draft. One would suspend the registry, the other would expand the draft to women. What about the other 63 genders, you know, the 63 imaginary genders that don't get the Wuhan Flu.
