Healthy Advice For Police [Mental and Physical Health]

These bits of healthy advice for police I am going to give you are beneficial and solid. https://bit.ly/SecureYourSanity

I battled bad depression a while back. The psychologist gave me a technique to do, every day. Not here and there, but every single day. It was a mind reprogramming exercise, a perspective exercise, a healing exercise. All of those. It ended up being monumental in gaining better mental health and it can be the same for you.

The next health advice for police that I want to beat into your gourd ...I mean suggest for your benefit, is staying goal oriented. If you have goals, then you are building a foundation and purpose for the job. And no, your goal should not be to write more tickets so you end up writing bull poo offenses like not signing a registration card. Have that goal if you wish, but quality enforcement! When you accomplish substantial and worthwhile goals in your career, you will become a better cop and most importantly a better person of accomplishment.

The last piece of advice I would give you is, well, to stay healthy. Have you heard of the college "freshman 15"? Well in law enforcement, it's the "rookie 30". I do not know if it is or not, but a lot of police gain weight and lose their health during the career. I'll help you understand how to defeat that.

So I hope you enjoy this information.

Take care!
