Ruins Found wizard spaceman statues and a silver saucer next to it

I found this area from Google Earth. On top of a desolate mountain. There are statues a scarab beetle, possible structure with stairs going underground. There is some type of metallic saucer parked down between trees. I get it from all angles. Who built this area and for what, what do the symbols on the wizard dude symbolize?
