Lt. Mike Byrd Fails to Justify His Jan. 6 Killing of Ashli Babbitt

While he insists that he saved "countless lives," Lt. Mike Byrd didn't meet a single criterion set forth by the Supreme Court for using deadly force on Ashli Babbitt on January 6. The two best things going for this guy is that he is black and Babbitt was white.
