Recipe:
250 g. Black Angus Steak
40 g. Butter
30 ml. Brandy
2nd cloves of garlic
2nd Shallot cloves
2nd sprig rosemary
2nd Sprig thyme
Salt pepper flour
Cooking: blanch two mins per side. Add butter and melt until the meat is well caramelized, remove the steak and deglaze with brandy, add a pinch of flour and add the sauce.
