What Is In These Vaccines?

Why does this whole thing feel political? Why are they finding out that indeed this is affecting our blood stream causing blood clots and inflammation. Why are some people just fine? Where some placebos? And why are 90% of folks in the hospital with covid symptoms previously vaccinated? How many people have died from the vaccines?
