Violation be committed by 2 officers that work for a local Police Department here in Rhode Island

Here in this video you will see that I caught 2 officers Violating a Governors Mandate and a Sheriff would' help enforce the mandate as well....

Don't get me wrong I'm TOTALLY against the masks MYSELF but their suppose to be "ENFORCING the law
