A source close to the Keeping Up with the Kardashians beauty, 24, on Thursday told People that she has been 'doing well,' and 'since becoming pregnant, she has been trying to slow down a bit and to rest more' as she prepares to have her second child with her on-again, off-again love, rapper Travis Scott, 30.
The Los Angeles-born makeup mogul has been 'very busy' in taking care of daughter Stormi, three, as well as 'her brand' Kylie Cosmetics.

'She seems to love it all though,' the insider said.
