Yesterday the Supreme Court threw out the CDC's eviction moratorium because they lack the Constitutional or legal authority to impose such a rule. Wait a minute, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention doesn't have authority over evictions? What's next? Are you going to tell me that the Department of Education can't mandate nutrition?
After 13 American military members were killed and 15 more injured in yesterday's bombings in Kabul, it took President Biden 9 hours before he addressed the nation. Maybe that was because he had called a lid on his day before noon.
