Kentucky's Capitol City is watching the Kentucky River crest at over 39 feet. Those outside it's flood walls are already seeing water creep into there homes. Last week the river was at 15 feet at the Lock & Dam. Today it is 24 Feet higher. The River is expected to crest later tonight or tomorrow at 39.9 Feet. Video shows flooded homes, buildings, debris floating, great elevated shots of city and river. Video also shows nat sound of sump pump discharge. At 2:02 in video you can see the Dam completed cover. There is no sign of the Dam. This location was 15 feet last week. Today it is over 39 feet. For licensing contact showfaith@gmail.com
