The Creation Story Pt. 1: How Old Is The Earth?

The Earth is 4.54 billion years old, evolution took about 6 million years, so where does the creation story of Genesis fit in? Did each of the 6 days of creation really stand for 6 million years? We all know Genesis 1:1, “In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.” But do we all know what that means?
Do we understand what Moses meant when he said, “3 And God said, ‘Let there be light,’ and there was light.” Genesis 1:3. Or maybe when he said, “6 And God said, ‘Let there be an expanse in the midst of the waters, and let it separate the waters from the waters.’ 7 And God made the expanse and separated the waters that were under the expanse from the waters that were above the expanse. And it was so. 8 And God called the expanse Heaven. And there was evening and there was morning, the second day.”
How about evolution, is it fact or fiction? How old is the Earth? Why did Moses say ‘evening then morning,’ if there was no sun? So, join Rev. Kenny Yates as he uncovers the truth behind the Creation Story in part one, How Old Is The Earth, of his four-part series, The Creation Story.
