FDA Appears To Have Approved Separate Vaccine, NOT BioNTech

I'm really confused by this. The FDA has multiple arricles and press releases that make it seem like BioNTech is NOT just being renamed, that it's a new and separate vaccine called Comirnaty.

I'm I crazy or am I on to something?
