Mandela Effect Dyson Sphere Around Black Hole

We seem to be moving towards the Galactic center. I have being observing jumps towards the galactic center over the last 6 years from the outside of the galaxy towards the middle. This is an interesting concept about a Dyson sphere being around a black hole. If there was such a thing in the center of our galaxy it would appear we are moving towards a type 3 civilisation! That is a lot more positive to me than the conventional views of what happens near a black hole.
