My friend Norm O'Hara documented these Super-Short Time-Saving innovations that he and his team have come up with. You too will see and be inspired by the Lean ideas that will spark some of your own innovations.

Norm is the General Manager at DGSH Fitness Equipment & GBS Sourcing & Manufacturing. He's a Canadian who travelled to China and discovered his passion for innovation flipped his perspective. He changed his mindset from being a product builder to being a people builder.

He's spent the past number of years leading 200 co-workers to inspire one another toward greater potential and purpose. He's dedicated to daily continuous improvement across their manufacturing plant, from their products to their processes and themselves.
