Dr. Robert Malone on Pfizer vaccine efficacy and FDA approval

Dr Malone says there must be a 50% efficacy in the vaccine and Pfizer only has 39%. The rules must not matter anymore.
If Pfizer gets approved the other vaccines are thrown out.
