Larry Elder’s Election - The Turning Point?, 3674

Good Saturday morning, I’m still reporting on the coup.

With California’s Recall Election just a little over three weeks away, some conservatives – encouraged by Elder’s lead in the polls – think his victory could become the turning point for the United States.

The Desperado party is growing increasingly alarmed because of the many implications of seeing Elder ascend to the Governor’s seat in the once-Golden State.

For example, rumor has it that California’s senior senator, Dianne Feinstein, who, age 88 in the oldest U.S. Senator, is ailing and may have to retire, triggering an appointment by whoever is the sitting governor at the time. Should Elder win the Recall race on Sept. 14, Feinstein may try to hang in until term is up in Nov. of 2022 – just 15 months away.

But if Elder gets to name her replacement before then, that would tip the balance of power in the Senate immediately over to a solid Republican majority and mark an early beginning to what many believe will be a steep decline in Democrat political fortunes across the board that could last for decades – perhaps 50 years or more.

Elder has been showing a double digit lead in the race until this week when suddenly the polls tightened. Hmm, sound familiar?

Now the Desperado smear campaign his kicked into high gear with a clearly desperate attempt at branding Elder as a racist.

He appeared on Hannity last night to refute the smears.

I’m still reporting from the soon-to-be-restored citadel of world freedom. Good day.
