This season stars Erika Jayne / Girardi (wife to famous lawyer Tom Girardi of Erin Brockovich fame, currently in scandal), Kyle Richards (child star in Halloween film franchise, upcoming Halloween Kills movie, sister of child actress Kim Richards, half sister to friend of show this season Kathy Hilton, the mom of Paris Hilton & wife to Hilton heir Rick Hilton), Lisa Rinna (actress married to actor Harry Hamlin who's daughter Amelia Hamlin is dating Scott Disick), Garcelle Beauvais (co-host of 'The Real' & actress), Crystal Kung Minkoff (wife of 'The Lion King' director Rob Minkoff), Dorit Kemsley & Sutton Stracke.

Season 11 focuses on Erika's lawsuit and divorce, Lisa Rinna's personal life with daughter in spotlight & her rebuilding friendship with Garcelle, Sutton & Crystal and Kyle & Garcelle on race relations, & more.

This episode picks up with Sutton continuing saying alarm bells are going off and red flags are everywhere after the La Quinta trip where Erika opened up more to the girls. Still at Dorit's house, the girls are expressing their concerns with being associated with Erika if the allegations are true. Kyle, Dorit & Sutton share they sought legal opinions after La Quinta and Lisa Rinna is sticking to her support of Erika despite other girls questioning. Next, we see Garcelle making her family Haitian food and reflecting on her oldest son's journey to fatherhood and creating his own family. The Housewives are in the holiday spirit as they get ready for Kyle's party to see Erika for the first time since their meeting without her but about her. Teddi Mellencamp arrives and we learn she has been friends with Crystal for years, Erika arrives and everyone sits for dinner. After a cheers to a better 2021 than 2022, everyone starts asking Erika tough questions about the LA Times article, Sutton is particularly tough as the other girls soften their approach in front of Erika. At the dinner, Garcelle shares about her sister being a victim of misappropriated funds in a lawsuit so that is why she is particularly unsettled by her friend being implicated in this. The episode ends with Erika leaving with a gift from Sutton in hand.

Next episode, we see Lisa Rinna with her daughter & her Love Island boyfriend, Kyle and Kathy talking about her show American Woman, Lisa Rinna holding a Rinna Beauty launch party luncheon with the girls where we see Erika come at Sutton, Garcelle and Dorit get into it too leading to F bombs coming from Garcelle appearing to be directed at Dorit.
