Alaska Landscape photography with the Nikon D5300

At the beginning of August we traveled to Anchorage Alaska. The journey was one we had planned for awhile but when it came time to pack my camera bags I had a hard time deciding what to bring. I ended up taking my Nikon D5300, Sony A6100 and a couple of Gopros to try and capture the beauty that I believed Alaska was. Boy was I unprepared. Every part of Alaska, every step we took into the wilderness and that last frontier was a step into absolute beauty. The wilderness is just steps away, and the Nikon D5300 once again served me so well, never an issue, never a problem, it took photos in a way I could not be happier about. With a Sigma 10-20mm F3.4 ultra wide angle and a simple travel tripod I was able to get some absolute amazing photos of the beautiful landscapes that make up Alaska. I don't do a lot of travel vlogs, so I didn't talk at all in this video, it is a cinematic vlog of my journey north into the Alaskan Wilderness!
