No bake cheesecake

NO BAKE CHEESECAKE

INGREDIENTS:
marrie biscuit
or any other plain sweet
biscuites 250g
melted butter 150g
canned fruit 400g
condensed milk 300ml
cream cheese 350g
vanilla extract 2 teaspoon
powdered gelatine 3 teaspoon
boiling water 3 tablespoon
strawberries or some other fruit of your choice for decoration

directions :
process biscuites using a food processor:
grease a round pan ..better to use a pan with removable bottom
dissolve gelatine into boiling hot water and set aside to cool.
press the biscuite mixture over base of prepared pan.
freeze it for atleast 10 minutes.
meanwhile mix condensed milk and creamcheese and vanill extract togather. then add dissolved gelaine to this mixture.
spread fruit on it and press gently with a spoon to get an even layer of fruit.
pour condensed milk and cheese mixture on it.
refrigerate it atleast 4 hours or untii set.
remove pan and decorate it with some fruites of your choice.
