Margene Kelly from Michigan talks about the condition she suffers from: structural defects in the cerebellum called Chiari malformations. There are a whole host of physical problems a person has to deal with as a result of this condition. At first, doctors failed to diagnose her problem and it has been a struggle to get the right treatment. Cannabis is helping her treat the condition.
