After 12 months in Afghanistan, U.S. veteran Joshua Lee from Missouri came back a changed man. Government doctors prescribed him a long list of opioid painkillers, muscle relaxants and psychotropic drugs--27 pills a day. He's tried cannabis and says it helps more than the meds, but . . . he lives in a state where it's illegal.
