Using Positive Grid's BIAS & BIAS FX and some "studio magic", I show how to get that awesome honkin' mids Boston (Tom Scholz & Barry Goudreau) tone on their early albums. A step-by-step breakdown showing each component.

BIAS and BIAS FX are software amp & effect modelers. The ones I'm using are in VST format (you need a DAW to use VSTs).
