Drinks are on who? | Germany criticized for evacuating beer and wine before people

As evacuations from Afghanistan continue, some countries are more concerned with the return of their own citizens before taking refugees in. Germany for instance even reportedly evacuated 65.000 cans of beer and 340 bottles of wine before people.
