Brittney's NBC 26 weather forecast
High pressure remains in control, keeping sunny and gradually warming temperatures in our area. Thursday we are waking up to some patchy dense fog, with visibility down to just a 1/2 mile here in Green Bay. This will clear by 8am, with sunshine on tap today. We will also be warmer and more humid too. High temperatures will get into the upper 80s away from the lake shore with light south winds and some wildfire smoke leaking back into the area. Humidity is also building in with dew points in the upper 60 to low 70s, making it feel sticky to uncomfortable at times through Saturday. The next chance of showers and storms will be on Saturday when a cold front moves in. The timing of these storms will be important since it could have implications on the Packers preseason home game against the Jets.
