How to quit drinking
If your struggling to quit drinking because of how addictive alcohol is, then following these tips;
Tip #1: Get support from friends and family (Use them to make sure you stay on track, especially during withdrawal. This requires strong willpower, so when your down, use them to give you encouragement.)
Tip #2: Set up some no drink days (Set up days where you don't drink at all. This helps you get used to the feeling of not craving a drink. Helps you maintain focus and helps you be persistent)
Tip #3: Go to therapy (Most people drink to relieve stress, so try different forms of therapy to help get stuff off you chest)
Tip #4: Slowly phases it out (Slowly decrease usage to make withdrawal easier. Increase the amount of no drink days slowly over time. Helps your body to detox).
Tip#5: Keep booze out of the house (Having a drink is very tempting, so Get all of your alcohol out of your place. Additionally, obviously avoid bars, alcohol isles, and drinks at hangouts )
