Vaccine site has no vaccine inserts and doesn't know the Nuremberg code

Went into a local vaccine site to try to get a vaccine insert for the covid "vaccine".. Dr had never looked at vaers and was not giving people the website to look up adverse reaction so he definitely isn't reporting adverse effects.. and the Dr didn't know about the Nuremberg code
