My comment on a product review censored by Amazon?..I triggered their AI...oops

I triggered their AI, by mentioning "packaging", if you want to avoid this same situation..avoid using "packaging" in your comment??
If the bottles are leaking oil inside the box, is it that unreasonable to not ask the company selling these bottles to package their products better? A first for me, getting my comment of a product review censored in Amazon
