The Chinese Communist Party is Eccastic About the Taliban! Eyeing Taiwan in the Aftermath

The happiest people in the aftermath of the Taliban recapture of Afghanistan are the Chinese Communist Party dignitaries. Before Kabul fell, they were already negotiating and getting ready to recognize them as the governing force in the area. It's clearly part of a strategic effort to gain influence in the Middle East; as armed conflict has proven generation over generation futile.

With the most spectacular failure of the United States Military for at least 50 years underway, the Global Times, China's Preeminent propagandists, sent out a little Op-Ed telling Taiwan to surrender. An armed conflict would be futile and the United States would not have their back.

This is entirely possible only due to the Second Coming of Jimmy Carter.
