Quail Harvest, A Brief Tutorial.

I did a quick video on our most recent quail Harvest. Because of the nature of this video, it may be too graphic for some people, and viewer discretion is advised. The process is simple, and made a great family get together. Grandma, Grandpa, Mom, Me, and the Kids all help with the process. Even the dogs, and chickens help finish off every last part of the bird. It definitely gives you a healthy respect for what goes into the meat we buy everyday. It also helps to know exactly how the bird was treated, and what it's diet was. I hope this was helpful to some, who may be getting ready to give this a try themselves.
