Dominion sues Newsmax & OAN over Lindell’s cyber symposium;Texas rules gender surgery as child abuse

Dominion filed new lawsuits on Tuesday against Newsmax and One America News. The two conservative networks were sued for a minimum of $1.6 billion each over their coverage of the voting company and Lindell’s cyber symposium. The lawsuit is clearly an intimidation tactic by Dominion and it has achieved some effect.

The Texas Department of Family and Protective Services concluded on Wednesday that gender reassignment surgery for children is “child abuse.” Commissioner Jamie Masters said in a press release that the surgical procedure that physically alters a child’s genitals for nonmedical purposes potentially, leads to irreversible harm to children’s bodies.
