Recently, we saw two very important trademark decisions made by the Supreme Court:

1. The Supreme Court ruled that restricting trademarks on the basis that they are ‘disparaging’ in nature is unconstitutional.
2. The Supreme Court ruled that restricting so-called ‘immoral’ trademarks is unconstitutional.

These determinations by the Supreme Court help to prevent government regulation of patenting and licensing, which in turn….Oh never mind, let’s just read some amazing F-word trademarks!
