Hope and Resiliency: Arizona filmmaker screening documentary on businesses hit hard during Phoenix Film Festival

Nearly 100 feature films and even more short films were be screened during the 2021 Phoenix Film Festival. One of those is a documentary called "Closed for COVID: Hope and Resiliency," which seeks to show how small businesses navigated the early months of the COVID pandemic.
