Analyzing Apple's Plan to Scan and Monitor User Photos for Child Abuse Imagery

Apple announced a new software update that will have every image uploaded to iCloud photos scanned against a database of known child abuse images. If a certain number of matches are found the user could be turned over to law enforcement.
