Taliban take Afghanistan's second biggest city

Taliban insurgents tightened their grip on Afghanistan on Friday, wresting control of its second and third biggest cities while Western embassies prepared to send in troops to help evacuate staff from Kabul. Flora Bradley-Watson reports.
