HFD Ambulances, Paramedics and Fire Trucks are being provided, at taxpayer expense, for Planned Parenthood routine 911 calls. HFD's Ambulance Billing Department confirms costs are not recovered from patients with torn uteruses and other internal injuries suffered at Planned Parenthood's mega-clinic - but rather, they are paid by Houston taxpayers.
