Chicago Mayor press meeting 8-11-21. In this clip, she speaks on shootings & how people have lost respect & empathy for one another. She also mentioned social media & how ppl cowardly attack others using the keyboard. She commented that the media has an important role in our democracy, but the Chicago Mayor recalled how sickened she felt by this last week's reporting from the media.
She made an appeal for everyone to reflect on how to be better and regain our humanity.
