Jenin Younes, a criminal defence and civil liberties lawyer in the United States, is representing a professor from George Mason University who is filing a lawsuit after the school demanded he take a COVID vaccine, despite having recently recovered from the disease, and has proof of antibodies. Jenin joined Ezra Levant to talk about the lawsuit and why it's so difficult to get natural immunity recognized by public health authorities.
