Forgiving others is an essential part in both how God forgives us and processing our emotions!

God’s Forgiveness of our sins through the Blood of Jesus is the basis of our relationship with Him. It’s how we are reconciled to God, how we get to have a personal relationship with Him, how we get the Gift of Eternal Life in Heaven with Him, how we get the Gift of the Holy Spirit.

And Jesus teaches us that our forgiving others of their sins against us is essential to God and to our relationship with Him. This is the healthy life skill that Jesus teaches us that healed me of about 80% of my symptoms of severe complex post-traumatic stress disorder in about 40 days – because keeping God’s Commandments is for our own good!
