If your trying to get peacemaker arms, legs, and cheat, Use these 5 tips for help
Tip#1: Diet (Its important to work on a diet and portion control to improve your health. For muscle growth, focus on a diet that focuses on high protein and fiber consumption and low sugar consumption)
Tip#2: Workout (Workouts are not only good for a person's physical health, but also help to relieve their stress and anger. Some workouts I recommend are deadlifts, squats, burpees, bicep and tricep curls, sprints, and bench presses)
Tip#3: Sleep (Sleeping not only helps you relieve stress and in very comfy, but it also helps muscle grow and makes digestion go faster. 7-9 hours should be your minimum amount)
Tip#4: Determination and endurance (When it comes to working out, you have to put in a lot of time and effort into making your body the best it can be. Don't give up and keep pushing yourself for better)
Tip#5: Support (Get tips and encouragement from friends, family, and experts near you. Also, workouts with a workout buddy have proven to be more successful)
