Lingam, (Sanskrit: “sign” or “distinguishing symbol”) also spelled linga, in Hinduism, a votary object that symbolizes the god Shiva and is revered as an emblem of generative power.
This sound bowl is uniquely characterized by a lingam - a small protrusion placed at the center of the inner bowl - that provides a beautiful resonance that enhances yoga, meditation, prayer, chakra healing and mindset.

The lingam bowl is mostly used for healing all our seven chakras. It is believed that if we place the lingam in our stomach, then the sound/vibration from the bowl starts to heal all our chakras roundly.
